Students who violate school order or disturb classes may be removed from the school room by the teacher and may be subject to disciplinary action.

Article 198. b) books donated by institutions or individuals, after their approval, in respect of the Central Bible Library by the Ministry of Justice, and in respect of local Bibles by the prison governor.

The creation of special bookshelves from prisoners' gifts under their supervision is prohibited.

§ 203. The Central Bible Library oversees reading activities, the expansion of library work in prisons, and the unification of prison bible management methods; provides local councils and information necessary for the library, as well as collects and summarizes statistical data sent by them necessary for research on reading and planning the supply of prison bibles in appropriate books.
